Mike Salvino served as Chairman, President and CEO of DXC Technology, the world's leading independent IT services company with over 130,000 employees serving nearly 6,000 customers in 70 countries. Appointed CEO in September 2019, he led the Fortune 500 company (#255) until December 2023, delivering exceptional performance including 113.7% total shareholder return over three years—far outpacing the S&P 500.

An engineer by training, Salvino transformed DXC by building strong teams, strengthening customer relationships, and focusing on financial fundamentals. He reduced debt, improved capital allocation, and drove growth through expanded margins and free cash flow.

Prior to DXC, Salvino served as managing director of Carrick Capital Partners (2016-2019), focusing on technology-enabled services, AI, and machine learning investments. He co-created Infinia ML, a Duke University spin-out providing machine learning solutions to Fortune 500 businesses, serving as Executive Chairman from 2017-2019.

Salvino spent roughly 22 years at Accenture across three stints, culminating as group chief executive of Accenture Operations (2009-2016), where he led over 100,000 professionals delivering business process outsourcing, infrastructure, security, and cloud services globally.

A Marietta College graduate with a BS in industrial engineering, Salvino later served on the college's Board of Trustees and received an honorary doctorate in 2021. He serves on the Atrium Health Foundation board and Duke University's Pratt School of Engineering Board of Visitors, while supporting youth development through the Knothole Foundation and bladder cancer research through the Carolinas Bladder Cancer Research Fund.
